Intel Security Innovation Alliance Integrates with McAfee to Bestow Connected Security Ecosystem in Enterprises
LAS VEGAS, NV: Huawei, HP Enterprise Aruba, Check Point, and MobileIron join the Intel Security Innovation Alliance to create cybersecurity infrastructure and increase customers’ portfolio. The alliance focuses to create an open security connected architecture system integrating with McAfee Data Exchange Layer (DXL).
Major Developments of the Alliance
McAfee DXL integrates with Check Point firewall products to enable real-time communication between products for increasing the cost efficiency and workflow optimization. The alliance will embrace Huawei’s customers to receive dynamic behavior analytics and intelligence with McAfee DXL and McAfee TIE.
McAfee DXL integration with HP Enterprise Aruba aims to provide advanced
security infrastructure with automatic threat detection and remediation capability. Intel partnership with MobileIron addresses the security issues related to mobiles such as mobile threat protection, unifying admin workflows, and end user experience between mobile and endpoint devices.
The alliance further incorporates customers with user behavior analytics (UBA) capability to detect the cyber attacks. UBA reduces the time for threat detection through its auto-threat detection capability and provides instant response to the malicious threats.
“In today’s quickly evolving threat landscape, security products that do not interact with each other not only increase operational cost, they increase risk,” said D.J. Long, head of the Intel Security Innovation Alliance. “By joining forces with industry leaders, the Intel Security Innovation Alliance is providing a truly integrated, unified security ecosystem, enabling rapid deployment, simplified management and maximized protection.”
